Study On Innovative Ability Evaluation System About Economics And Management Graduates

The training of postgraduates majoring in economy and management is an important component to advance our country's soft power. Their innovation ability is the motivation to improve the academic disciplines development of economy and management specialty, but also the power to enhance national soft power. A correct understanding on innovation ability of postgraduates majoring in economy and management is the important factor to train them to promote development of academic disciplines and national soft power.This paper takes college enrollment expanding as the background and describes that the quality of postgraduates majoring in economy and management is declining. Therefore, the quality of postgraduates majoring in economy and management should be improved by enhancing their innovative capability. This paper learnt the current status of graduates'innovative abilities through the dynamics at home and abroad. Through the analysis of innovation capability of postgraduates majoring in economy and management, the status of their innovation capability, existing problems and causes are investigated. In analyzing the status, the innovation ability manifestations Classification Theory of Maslow is used to classify the manifestations of innovation ability of the postgraduates majoring in economy and management. Wallas'four-phase model is applied to analysis the status of innovation thinking. According to the establishment of innovation ability evaluation system of postgraduates majoring in economy and management, this paper appraised their innovation ability, followed by empirical analysis based on grey clustering model. Finally, the conclusions presented the countermeasures of the innovation ability training of postgraduates majoring in economy and management for the analysis. Our country to improve its soft power is imperative. Therefore, soft science disciplines at all levels should improve their own. Academic disciplines of economy and management specialty should enhance the innovative capability of postgraduates majoring in economy and management as the first task, and ultimately achieve the overall academic progress.
