Research Of Ideological And Political Education For The Peasants Of Minorities In Mountainous Areas Of Guangxi During The Construction Of New Countryside

In the pursuit of the well-off society as a great goal, the most arduous and heaviest task is in the countryside and the widest and deepest base is in the countryside, i.e. the countryside is the key and difficulty. The construction of new countryside in the poor mountainous areas of minorities is especially difficult and important. The solution of the problem has something to do with not only the problem of whether the great goal of constructing new socialist countryside can be achieved but the problem of whether all nationalities can unite and work together and develop flourishly together. Therefore, it is especially important to analyze correctly the special problems existing in the political and moral education of peasants in current mountainous areas of minorities and explore actively new strategies and counter-measures. In the construction of new countryside in mountainous areas of minorities, the principle of scientific development should be insisted, people should be put in the first priority, national differences should be respected,the development of human's inner quality should be highly valued, various innovative measures should be adopted with the change of times, the ability of self-development should be improved with no spare efforts and the united progress and flourish development of various nationalities should be boosted. These are no doubt the basic requirements for political and moral education of Party. Being good at educate the peasants politically and morally, raising their political and moral awareness, motivating the mass to engage in the construction of "countryside, agriculture and peasant", and boosting the vitality of "the lifeline" constantly are heirlooms and political advantages of Party, which must be glorified by us.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part briefly introduces the significance of the thesis, the research subject, the research keys, the current situation, the research methods and the main content. The second part discusses the special significance of political and moral education for the peasants in the poor mountainous areas of minorties in aspect of economy, politics, cultures, society and scientific development. In the third part, achievements and experiences in the political and moral education for Guangxi minorities are summarized briefly since the implementation of the policy of opening-up and reform;then the natural environment of mountainous areas of minorities, economic development, ethnic cultures, morality of the peasants, thinking ways of the peasants, living styles of the peasants and religious customs of the peasants are discussed;it finally points out the specialty of political and moral education for peasants in mountainous areas of minorities of Guangxi. The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in political and moral education for peasants in mountainous areas of minorities of Guangxi in the following five aspects:the main subjects of political and moral education, national communication, national theories education, national habits and national mental charaters. Based on the problems and combining the practice, the fifth part puts forward the counter-measures to reinforce the political and moral education for the peasants of minorities in mountainous areas of Guangxi from the five perspectives:organizational innovation, values innovation, content innovation, methods innovation and strategies innovation.The original ideas in the thesis:1.It analyzes exhaustively and profoundly the specialty of the political and moral education for the peasants of minorities in mountainous areas of Guangxi.2.
