Now, the scope of learning far beyond the traditional school learning places, and gradually penetrated into home, offices, libraries, art galleries and museums and other places, and extended to work in any place. With the step by step into the information society and knowledge economy society, computer, Internet and other modern technology were commonly used, and the nature of the workplace and the tools of the work gradually changed, which brought new demands to the staff and new challenges to the organization's development, so lifelong learning and organizational learning as required. Thus, to continue learning in the workplace, whether in the progress of the individual or the organization to adapt to market competition was of great significance. In the study of workplace learning, learning content was not enough in-depth exploration, and the novice had no special studies. Therefore, this study based on the analysis of literature, starting from the actual investigation, using qualitative research methods to target new to the workplace, access from the site involved in practical work situations novice first-hand information, from novice to explore research workplace learning content. The study found that novice learning in the workplace can be divided into the following categories: job knowledge, that on the working principles, processes, work methods, tools, materials and know-how and other knowledge work, it can be explicit knowledge and can also be tacit knowledge; abilities and skills, including the basic ability and understanding on work, solving the problem in the work situation, learning experience and to grow, the ability to adapt to various pressures and etc.; know themselves and the formation of value judgments; team and organizational culture; acquisition negative experience. The learning content of the novice in the workplace was combined to the work of the specific situation, and it was the system reflected integrity wisdom in the embodiment of practice,which can not be isolated or separated from them.
