Teacher is the basic of education,it is also the source of revitalizing education.The steady progress of education reform poses a new challenge to the knowledge and skills of middle school teachers.The transitivity of the middle school's knowledge system and the particularity of the physical and mental development of middle school students require teachers to keep learning,making them take the challenge easily.However,to a certain extent,the lack of teachers' self-learning consciousness and schools' learning resources restrict the learning of middle school teachers.Workplace learning,as an emerging theory of adult learning,can help middle school teachers to develop learning resources in the workplace,it also can help them to learn better in the workplace and learn more from work.Based on the related theories of workplace learning and combined with the problems reflecting in the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to help middle school teachers to learn effectively in the workplace.This paper consists of five parts:In the first place,based on the current status of social development,this paper discusses the reasons of selected topic and research significance,reviews and summarizes the foreign and domestic related research achievements,and then puts forward the research ideas and methods of this paper.Secondly,combining with the characteristics of middle school teachers' learning situation,this paper expounds the essence of middle school teachers' workplace learning.Finding out what kinds of professional developments they can get from the workplace learning and how do they obtain the developments.Thirdly,conducting a questionnaire survey on the status of middle school teachers' workplace learning.Furthermore,explaining the selection of respondents,the questionnaire design,the processes of issuing and withdrawing the questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire survey.Based on the collating data of effective questionnaires,analyzing the basic information and study situation of teachers.Fourthly,through sorting and analyzing of the survey data,based on middle school teachers' self-learning consciousness and ideas,the action of teachers,the support of schools and external institutional guarantee,summarizing the problems they meet in workplace learning.Finally,based on the above analysis and summary,this paper puts forward the concrete suggestions from the following aspects: changing middle school teachers' learning idea,participating in workplace learning actively,creating a better learning atmosphere and perfecting the learning incentive mechanism.Hoping to provide some help to solve the problems existing in the workplace learning of middle school teachers.
