With the development of economy and society, computer and network technology made the communication of information much more convenient, and knowledge and technologies are developing more and more rapidly. Knowledge and technologies one who studies at school can't satisfy the demand of society and businesses. Workplace learning has been important method to finish work and get improvements, and has become more and more important. Learning environment is critical to learning, so do workplace learning. This research constructed the elements of learning environment on the basis of analyzing learning environment and workplace learning, and classified it into physical environment, learning time, properties of the work, learning information resource, learning instruments, persons in workplace learning(including guides, companions, and leaders), interaction of these persons, power system(including rewards and punishments), common goals. This research chose LX Tube Company Ltd., as research object. By observation and interviews, we found the elements of learning environment which influenced the workplace learning include learning time, properties of the work, learning information resource, learning instruments, persons in workplace learning(including guides, companions, and leaders), interaction of these persons, power system(including rewards and punishments), common goals. LX Tube Ltd., is the research object, and according to the research of observation, interview and questionnaire, we found that there are 19 factors influenced the workplace learning. They are temperature, noise, incident, time to learn, job demands, job hazard, training, effect of instructor, clear instruction and instruct material, instructor's comprehensive knowledge, instructor's patience and zealous, feedback on time, equipment failure, motivation, pseudo-conflict tension, defensive routines, harmonious interpersonal relationship, common goal and team learning. According to the research, we also found that team learning, harmonious interpersonal relationship, common goal, effect of instructor, instructor's comprehensive knowledge, equipment failure, motivation, and job demands are very important to workplace learning; time to learn, job hazard, clear instruction, feedback on time, instructor's patience and zealous, training, pseudo-conflict tension and defensive routines have some promotion on workplace learning. And physical environment such as temperature, noise and incident almost have no effect on workplace learning. At last, on the basis of theories of cognition apprenticeship, Learning Organization and self-directed learning, we provide some strategies to improve the environment of workplace learning.
