Under the guidance of the dialectical materialism and following the latest research of brain science, this study draws lessons from the scientific research achievements of developing imaginary thinking in discipline teaching.We enhance the function of right brain by training imaginary thinking in biology teaching in junior middle school. In addition, we implement some other methods of developing the right brain thinking, such as exercising left body, listening to the music and drawing pictures. We hope that through these ways we can achieve the goal of developing the function of entire brain.The results show that these methods can strengthen imaginary thinking and memorizing skills, raise students'grades, change their thinking modes, promote overall power of thought, motivate students'in biology topics and arouse their awareness of right brain exercising in daily life and study.Therefore, we argue that this study on developing the right brain in biology teaching in junior middle school is feasible and effective.
