Physical survey of university students pointed out that the physical indicators of Chinese university students overall showed a downward trend. Taijiquan is a Wushu project which pursues harmony and unity of technical, physical and sexual. Its traditional fitness thought has been verified and enriched by modern science theories. Although the past 20 years, there are many articles in sports medicine profession and Wushu which promote fitness of Taijiquan exercise, previous studies have focused on simplifying Taijiquan which impacts on the physical aspects of the students. But Chen -Style Taijiquan Old Frame One, as one of the oldest Taijiquan, how to affect college students'physical experimental research has not been reported. Chen -Style Taijiquan Old Frame One along with the hardness and softness, flexibility Contain Gang; Wrapping strength significantly; "a move inside and outside all action"; movement and breathing speed alternating and combining features of luck. So discuss physiological mechanism of Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One to provide some exploration reference and recommendations for college students, and find out the way Chen Style Taijiquan Old Frame one the value of the potential physical impact, to promote the physical level of university students to provide some exploratory, references and recommendations. Selected 30 college students from 2008 Taijiquan options classes of Henan University, boys 19 and girls 11 as the experimental objects exercise the way the old frame one for 16 weeks and analyze the change of the measured indicators before and after experiments. The results are as follows:1. After Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One exercise, students'lung capacity and step test index increase. It shows that Chen Style Taijiquan Old Frame One can improve college students'heart and lung function.2. After Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One exercise, students'Standing Long Jump and Sit and Reach increase. It shows that Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One physical exercise can improve students'quality of flexibility and leg strength.3. After Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One exercise, although college students'skin-fold thickness is reduced, the difference was not significant. May be partly due to the training time is short.4.After Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One exercise, students'symptoms such as compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, terror, paranoia, anxiety, psychosis, and other factors are different degrees of mitigation. It shows the Chen Style Taijiquan Old Frame One can effectively improve the mental health of college students.Conclusion:Analyzing the change of the college students'indicators before and after training of Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One, I consider that the movement of the Chen-Style Taijiquan Old Frame One can enhance the physical level of college students .
