Chen Style Taijiquan is one of the excellent traditional national sports in our country.Because of its unique technical style, fitness and defensive function,Chen Style Taijiquan is loved by many practitioners."Pushing and gathering" vigorous method is the basic technique and technique of Taijiquan. It is simple in style and strong in fighting. It is commonly used by Taijiquan practitioners in Taijiquan hand pushing competition and actual combat confrontation. In order to explore the physical and technical characteristics of Chen-style Taijiquan under different conditions of "training" and "using",this paper chooses the representative strength method "poking and gathering" to conduct a comparative study of bare-handed and resistance. In this study, the VICON optical motion capture system was used to test Wang Xi'an,the inheritor of Chen-style Taijiquan,a national intangible cultural heritage,in different states of unarmed and resistance, and collect and analyze statistical data.In order to ensure the validity of testing, statistics and analysis methods,we interviewed the predecessors in biomechanics,statistics,Chen-style Taijiquan inheritors,Taijiquan research and other fields, and consulted relevant literature.By using the principles of theory, kinematics and anatomy of Taijiquan as the basis of data analysis, this paper finds out the kinematics characteristics of "bare hands and resistance" under different conditions, presents the more implicit technical details, helps practitioners to understand more clearly the similarities and differences between "practice" and "function" of Taijiquan, and guides them to master correct technical movements and to use practical combat flexibly.Skills provide supplement and basis for Taijiquan teaching, training and the development of national fitness.Through the statistics and analysis of the data of bare-handed and resistance under different conditions, the following conclusions are drawn:1.There was no significant difference in the displacement of bare-handed and resistance center of gravity(p > 0.05);there was significant difference in the displacement of bare-handed and resistance center of gravity(p < 0.01).2.There was no significant difference in torsion angle between bare-handed and resistance trunk(p > 0.05);there was significant difference in tilt angle between bare-handed and resistance trunk(p < 0.01).3.The proportion of six major joint differences between bare-handed and resistance is as follows: the significant difference of "range of activities" accounts for 90%;the significant difference of "technical trend" accounts for 57%;the proportion of size relationship is as follows: resistance greater than bare-handed accounts for 26%,less than bare-handed accounts for 74%.4.The trend difference between bare-handed and bare-handed resistance technology is that resistance is more than bare-handed.5.In the comparison of the relationship between the range of motion of joints, resistance is less than bare-handed,which accounts for a larger proportion. The reason is that small-range joint movement contributes to the rapid transformation and explosion of strength in combat.Resistance is greater than bare-handed mainly in the flexion and extension changes of left and right ankle joints. The reason is that the greater flexion and extension changes of ankle joints help to produce greater reaction force with the ground, and then fully transmit to the knee joints and other joints.6.The common characteristics between bare-handed and resistive joints are the same changes in flexion and extension of left hip joint, and the same changes in flexion and extension of left shoulder joint and adduction and abduction.
