Using Moodle platform to explore the application results of interactive teaching which is based on knowledge classification, have great significance on the more effective support for multimedia teaching. In the course of most multi-media teaching, many teachers just blindly seek to use the media, but rarely to explore the mutual effect of both multimedia and teaching, resulting in some teachers when teaching the knowledge of multimedia having content selection deviations, and some knowledge can not achieve the best effectiveness when using the multimedia teaching method, thus it reduces the sufficient multimedia support for teaching, it also makes the teachers decline in the enthusiasm when using of multimedia in teaching, it will affect the students'interest in learning and efficiency at the same time.At present the majority of teaching using Moodle platform remains at the use of their courses or training, and storage resources, while exploration the effects of the platform module itself to different kinds of teaching knowledge has a serious shortage of support. The exploration of what types of knowledge in teaching when using Moodle platform is more effective are rare. This paper which is based on Moodle platform and the knowledge classification theory, using the interactive teaching design theory for declarative, procedural and strategic knowledge, the three types of knowledge, each selects a teaching content, respectively, performs interactive teaching design and teaching practice in the Moodle platform, and uses appropriate methods for data collection and analysis to get the final evaluation of teaching effectiveness. Through the teaching practice, it enhances the teachers'using interactive multimedia teaching ability, makes the classroom atmosphere active, increases the students'interest in learning, gives full play to the students'initiative and improves the teaching quality and teaching effectiveness.The exploration based on the effectiveness of mutual support in the actual teaching of Moodle platform and knowledge classification theory, can improve the teachers'capacity to use Moodle platform when teaching, can enhance the effectiveness of multimedia teaching, can also provide reference for other multimedia teaching aids, therefore it improves the learners'learning efficiency and learning effects. It has the real theoretical significance and practical value.
