Systematic Study On Technology System Of Sports Gymnastics

In recent years, the practice of Sports Gymnastics develops rapidly in our country, however, the development of its theory is lagging behind relatively, especially we are lack of Technology System of Sports Gymnastics and this lack influences its further development. Therefore, we need to make some system researches of Technology System of Sports Gymnastics theoretically, discern and sort out every elements inside and their relationships etc., increase the overall understanding of Technology System of Sports Gymnastics, promote the development of Aerobics subjects. In this paper, we use some research methods (such as documents, interview and logical methods), treat Technology System of Sports Gymnastics as the research object, make systematic study and research of Technology System of Sports Gymnastics from the material level and spiritual level. Material Level-secondary technology system of Sports Gymnastics is a complex system which includes Evaluation Technology System of Sports Gymnastics, Esthetics Technology System of Sports Gymnastics and Innovation Technology System of Sports Gymnastics as well as their relationships.2 Action Technology System of Sports Gymnastics is a subsystem which includes basic technology, difficulty technology, convergence technology, coordination technology, modeling technology, control technology as well as their relationships. Innovation Technology System of Sports Gymnastics is a subsystem which includes technology innovation contents system, technology innovation principles system, technology innovation methods system as well as their relationships. With the guidelines of the contents, principles and methods, we will provide valuable theoretical basis and scientific guide for the evaluation, esthetics and innovation.
