China High School Men's Basketball Defensive Training Strategies And Methods Study

With the development of the world basketball, technical and tactical level of China's basketball that was a big improvement, but a long-term in training there is a question:"emphasis on attack, underrated defensive".Predecessor Chairman of American youth basketball coach Dr. Metcalfe, after watching China men's elite basketball game and say:" defend is the weakest link of the team of China , I watched the game of Chian player, high score, many more than hundred points, mainly defense fall behind the attack. These words sharply pointed out the problems of China's basketball defensive training .In this years, Chinese scholars of basketball defense has done a lot of research work. However, the reality of China's view of high school basketball, training for defense technology was less, collective role to play even more the lack of tactical. So on defense technology, normative, actual combat, defensive tactics of diversity, variability and other high school basketball defensive strategies and methods of training , now high school basketball training is the most urgent problems. In this paper, the national high school basketball Championship 2009 technical statistics and analysis, the use of literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical statistics,awareness of the high school basketball defense, defensive tactics training, technology and the three aspects of mathematical statistics and detailed analysis, puts forward a high school basketball training strategies and methods.
