In many competitive sports projects,the quality of strength belongs to the important component of the athletes 'physical quality.In the competitive field,the status of force training and development is relatively high.Strength training is an important content in physical fitness training,among which the quality of strength is among the most important.Rapid force is part of it,and the expression of rapid force is mostly explosive power.In recent years,more and more experts and scholars at home and abroad have paid more and more attention to the study on improving the training method of athlete's explosiveness.This study will strengthen training methods and means,in qufu normal university basketball special female students as the research object,the training method is applied to the youth women's basketball athletes,using experimental method,comparison method,literature and other research methods,after passing the plyometrics for eight weeks,the experimental group and control group in whether there are differences on the performance of the explosive force,the experimental group and control group in the basketball training courses,on the basis of the experimental group increased the plyometrics,training three times a week,and for students of the experimental group and the control group were measured before and after the experiment test 28 meters sprints,standing triple jump,in-situ vertical jump three indicators,the experimental group and the control group after eight weeks of training to test each of these three indicators,through comparison between group and group found the differences and similarities between the two,scientific and rational specialized training for coaches and athletes to provide the referenceand help.The results show that:(1)After eight weeks of teaching experiments in the control group and the experimental group,the results of the three indicators of 28 meters sprints,standing triple jump,in-situ vertical jump were all significantly improved,but the increase rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(2)After eight weeks of routine strength training,the results of the three indicators of28 meters sprints,standing triple jump,in-situ vertical jump place increased somewhat,but there was no significant difference.(3)After eight weeks of intensive training,there were significant differences between the girls in the experimental group in terms of the increase in performance of the three indexes: 28 meters sprints,standing triple jump,in-situ vertical jump.(4)There were obvious differences between the control group and the experimental group,and it was verified that the enhanced training method was more effective than the traditional strength training method to improve the explosive level of special basketball students in sports training.(5)The study found that eight weeks of intensive training can effectively improve the level of explosiveness of female students in sports training majors.The research results can provide coaches and athletes with means and methods to practice explosiveness.
