Nowadays, examination anxiety of senior high school in our country is extremely serious, which has aroused the attention of people from all spheres. Examination anxiety leaves an extremely bad influence on students. It makes a great many students unable to concentrate on reviewing before exams, or gives the rein to the normal level. Without getting the marks as deserved, students often suffer from some harmful physical and mental problems. Once this phenomenon happens, it would cause irremedied loss to the students, to the parents, and even to the recruit units.The purpose of our research is to reduce the occurrence of examination anxiety through intervention, and try to seek for an effective interfere scheme.To start with, our research applied Diagnosable Scale of Senior High School Examination Anxiety to test 1500 students in Jilin No. 1 Middle School. From the result of which, we chose 30 students who had got higher test points, and also were eager to cooperate with the following test. In addition, another 30 students were kept to be compared at last.Then, before the college entrance examination came, the test group was given altogether seven psychological training, once or twice a week, 30 to 40 minutes every time. The content included cognitive training, relaxation skills training, examination skills training. Moreover, ten of them were taken counsel with separately. The aim was to help them let out anxiety, and learn to correct some irrational belief, to realize as well as commenting oneself properly, and to strengthen confidence. It also attempted to enable students to grasp relaxation methods and question-dealing skills, and to lift examination sitting-fors. Finally, to reduce the seriousness of examination anxiety, letting students take exams in a better mode.Following conclusions were drawn through the research(1) During the 90 days before college entrance examination, half of the 277 students adopted by group and arbitrary, have examination anxiety facing the exam. In which, 36.46% were slightly anxious, 10.83% were medium anxious, only 2.89% were seriously anxious.(2) The strict comparison test shows that adopting the mode of group training and individual psychological intervention method, not only can reduce the anxiety degree of senior students, but also improve their scores.
