The college entrance examination repeat students are a huge group,and those who have experienced one or more failures are more worthy of our attention.As a topic closely related to the college entrance examination,learning strategies and test anxiety have been studied by more and more scholars,and it has been proved that effective intervention by high school students can bring about better effects.This study takes the college entrance examination of Yunnan Xidian Culture Tuition School as a sample,and investigates the current learning strategies and test anxiety of the students in the school.Based on the survey results,a book is used to help the psychological counselors to effectively carry out the college entrance examination students.The instruction manual of group counseling for learning strategies and test anxiety,and the effectiveness of the manual was verified by the practical application of the counselors,which provided some theoretical and operational guidance for the mental health construction of the repeat group.The study is divided into three phases.Phase 1 uses the Test Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(TAT)and the Learning Strategy Scale – High School Edition(LASSI-HS)to measure 1,000 repeat students and learn about the learning strategies of repeat students.And the status quo of test anxiety;Phase 2 through the literature method and questionnaire survey method,combined with the expert's evaluation suggestion to prepare the "College Entrance Examination Student Learning Strategies and Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual";Stage 3 uses the quasi-experimental design method to repeat the 30 college entrance examinations The students were enrolled(15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group).The manual prepared in Phase 2 was used as a guiding tool for group counseling,and according to the Test Anxiety Scale(TAT)and the Learning Strategy Scale-The feedback from the High School Edition(LASSI-HS)and the self-developed assessment scale validated the effectiveness of the intervention.The final conclusion is as follows:(1)The college entrance examination repeat students generally have a certain learning strategy,but also accompanied by a certain degree of test anxiety,and there is a negative correlation between the two;(2)The "College Entrance Examination Learning Strategies and Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual" should contain five parts: preface,table of contents,basic knowledge,practical operation,and appendix.The overall manual is oriented to improve learning strategies and reduce test anxiety.(3)The setting of the counseling content in the "College Entrance Examination Learning Strategy and Test Anxiety Group Counseling Manual" is applicable to the college entrance examination repeat students,and has good rationality and standardization.The manual is used as a guiding tool to psychologically intervene in the college entrance examination repeat students.Can effectively improve their learning strategies and reduce test anxiety.
