| This study aims at the anxiety problems caused by the review of the preparation stage of College Students’ examination before the examination.Using the social work mode,the paper aims to provide practical intervention services for the service objects,which aims to help the case owners improve their self-efficacy,resolve the contradiction between the family system and the school system,and ease the anxiety mood,so as to ensure the smooth play of the examination and research.First,through community practice work to contact the case owner,in the process of receiving the case,we have made a more adequate preparation,and established a better professional relationship with the case owner,laying a good foundation for the subsequent intervention services.Secondly,make targeted service plan according to the needs assessment in the early stage.Guided by Ellis ABC theory,ecosystem theory and advantage perspective theory,the paper respectively provides three stages of intervention services in the cognitive aspect,family system,school system and self-confidence of the examinee.The results of each intervention are summarized and evaluated,and the appropriate adjustment is made.Finally,the service effectiveness is summarized and evaluated,and the satisfaction of the client and his family is evaluated.Based on the evaluation and analysis of the case service,this paper holds that: the social work case work mode is effective for the anxiety and emotional problems of the postgraduate students,can alleviate the anxiety of the examinee to a certain extent,and help the case owner to get different degrees of improvement in the aspects of mentality,review of the preparation strategy,family and school.The disadvantages of the case work service are also obvious,lack of diversity of group work activities,and lack of support from peer groups.At the same time,the lack of practical experience and flexible application of social workers are also one of the main factors that are not ideal. |
