The Theoretical Research Of Merge Humanities Spirit And College Physical Education Together

The development of technology is conducive to humanity, but also continue to cause new problems. More and more people start feeling the growing of material prosperity, while lamented the decline in the humanities spirit. To build a harmonious socialist society, calling for the return of the humanities spirit is necessary, which raised an urgent new requirement to the education and college physical education.In this paper,"The theoretical research of merge humanities spirit and college physical education together"is the theme, through the literature, expert interviews and logical research method to study the relevant content. Based on the analysis and tracing of some basic concepts, we did an in-depth analysis about the theoretical research topics from five areas: the physical education of colleges and universities, the close relationship between college physical education and humanities spirit, the necessity and the feasibility, the reasons for the missing of humanities spirit, and the improving strategies.The results show that, the college physical education has its own unique advantages to develop the humanities spirit, but due to many reasons such as history and reality, and the problems of college physical education itself, the humanities spirit in college physical education is still in a missing status.Based on this, I have put forward six strategies to improve: replace the traditional concept of physical education and focus on humanities spirit in the basis of biological point; adjust the curriculum of college physical education and enrich its content; optimizate the teaching ways and improve the teaching methods; construct a scientific evaluation system for college physical education; construct a cultural environment in the campus and create a good atmosphere for physical education; construct a excellent PE teaching team and improve the quality of teachers in humanities. Besides, I looked forward to the strategies to be used, tested and improved. In order to worked out the effective way to merge humanities spirit and college physical education together,and improve the missing status of the humanities spirit.
