Modern education to follow the scientific concept of development,is based on the development of the people as the core,people-oriented education.Along with the reform of new curriculum standard,the school education more and more attention to cultivate the students’ cultural quality,moral sentiment and humanistic literacy. Under such background,the purpose of high school physical education teaching is not only an enhanced physique health pleasure,more responsibility for training students’ humanistic spirit, reveals the responsibility of the humanities concern.This article is based on education is the attention of education under the concept of human nature, through the literature material law, questionnaire survey, expert interviews and other methods, the humane spirit fosters in puyang city high school sports teaching present situation and existing problems, influencing factors and improvement countermeasures study, results:Physical education has close relationship with the humanistic spirit, both to care about people, and promote people’s all-round development as the ultimate goal. In the sports teaching to humane spirit fosters not only has the necessity, feasibility and. Necessity is the cultivation of humanistic spirit is the society, the history of education, students’ development, feasibility is the sports teaching space, content, method, all can into the humanistic spirit of the natural scenes, cultivating humanistic spirit in the sports teaching has a practical significance. In puyang city high school sports teaching present situation of the humane spirit fosters cognitive performance for the teachers and students humanistic spirit, cultivate content mainly respect for others, honesty, care to help, follow the rules, methods mainly teach type, the non-computer majors, collaborative, heuristic and other scenes, cultivating way is mainly to establish friendly mode, the teaching of the humanities spirit knowledge between teachers and students, the teachers do human model, cultivating situation mainly using help situation of caring education, with the aid of prominent situation of superego education, with the aid of a fight scene for discipline education, with the aid of lying situation of integrity education, evaluation form is mainly the student to the teacher, the teacher to student’s evaluation, students’ self evaluation, evaluation of type mainly process evaluation and teaching process, such as lack of humanistic spirit that humane spirit fosters in puyang city high school sports teaching remain to improve and improve. According to the humane spirit fosters in puyang city sports teaching present situation and restriction factor, proposed in the sports teaching should be through strengthening the concept of humane spirit fosters, improving teachers’ humanities accomplishment, dig the humanistic value of physical education and adjust the physical education curriculum content system, enriching the content of the humanities education, and optimization method of humanistic education, perfecting examination content, to strengthen the construction of campus cultural environment, etc countermeasures to promote the humanistic spirit of nurturing.
