| Reading which is the first important pass of one's life, is the most essential way to obtain the knowledge and the information. In the today's knowledge explosion of the information age, how to be more effective and faster access to information, has become a place in every teacher and student before a serious problem . Currently, low ability junior high school students from reading the status and requirements of the times that they have the ability to exist between the conflicts can not be ignored, which requires schools to change the old teaching model, students learn to read independently, the real masters of their students to become read the subject. Based on this present situation, this study in through in questionnaire survey's foundation, take constructs the principle, the modern psychology as the theory basis, analyzes from the teacher and the student two aspects affects the junior high pupil from to read ability raise the factor, thus discovers the present universal existence the junior high pupil reading knowledge to be low, the language classroom quality and the efficiency low reason are, and put forward in some practical and feasible teaching proposal.What this research mainly uses is the questionnaire survey procedure and the literature law, reads the idea which from the church student and lifelong studies to embark independently, focuses in the student reads the way the change and the reading classroom instruction pattern change, reads the instruction and the outside reading instruction to teacher's class, as well as read custom aspects and so on raise to the student to propose the corresponding suggestion, has been clear about the teacher leading role display degree and requests as the classroom organizer and the shepherd.
