The development of higher special education in China has been 20 years of history, in the "Tenth Five-Year" period, China will shift the focus of education to promote reform and development of special education. With the development of information technology network, known as the twenty-first century information technology as a symbol of the information age, people's learning style and way of life are subject to the impact of information technology. Our special higher education in the reform process, the information technology, networking and teaching some courses in special education with the higher combined evidence of teaching practice through the application of information technology, network teaching reform is a success.CSCL is a computer supported collaborative learning, is the current international and domestic focus of the study in many areas and hot content. China to promote quality education in the teaching reform, many experts and scholars in the face of different groups in the field of teaching the application of excessive CSCL teaching mode, also made a lot of teaching achievements. I found that the practice of CSCL research for specific learner groups, the lack of instruction. Therefore, in this study, I will be among the CSCL application of higher special education for deaf learners of this special group of people teaching and research the characteristics of CSCL.According to CSCL's teaching needs, the present research it online collaborative platform for busy learners on the CSCL Deaf Education.Instructional design of teaching based on the ideas on the implementation of special education deaf learners teaching CSCL detailed analysis of the teaching process, in particular emphasis on the characteristics of deaf learners. Combined with action research, select "3D MAX" animation courses as busy bar collaboration platform based on applied research.
