With the continuous development of mathematics education research and progress,and a new round of gradual reform of mathematics curriculum,mathematics education has been elevated to the level of culture. New educational philosophy of mathematical education is no longer simply imparting knowledge, but rather cultural exchange activities. Therefore, the mathematical culture of its positive significance for mathematics education and their own multi-function is generally value education, and fully reflected in the teaching of new content. At the same time, inquiry learning as a prominent student of the main position, concerns individual development, emphasizing the learning process of learning, is also a growing number of educators advocated and implemented in everyday teaching.The author is based on this analysis, that the inquiry into the mathematical culture of learning is profound theoretical basis, and extensive practice of operating space, inquiry learning can become the carrier of culture heritage mathematics, while mathematics culture as topics of inquiry learning in one of the resources, this not only made more operational mathematics education, and learning to explore more cultural significance, be conducive to achieving higher education goals.Based on the analysis based on the theory, through case studies, experiments, micro-practice study, the following conclusions:1.Mathematical inquiry learning into the need to follow the academic characteristics, cognitive level of restriction, its principles, including: combining scientific and humanistic principles; ideology and the mathematical principle of combining aesthetics; inquiry and accepted the principle of combining; application of the principle of combining with the relevant; combining fun and rigorous principles.2.Mathematical culture in the inquiry learning is feasible, and its integration strategy, including:mathematical culture can be integrated into different roles at different stages of inquiry-based learning, including the creation of situation, setting the problem, migration, application, reflection summary of the phases; mathematical culture can be used as different types of inquiry-based learning curriculum resources to enhance the cultural significance of inquiry-based learning and educational goals.3.On this basis, but also combined the practice of analyzing the results of inquiry into the culture of mathematics learning of teachers, the evaluation of such a recommendation.
