Therefore, as the education and training center of graduate students, How to build and carry out moral education of graduate students as well as how to implement the whole process of higher education is particularly more important for college school. Particularly, from with rapid development and expanding of China's socialist market economy and the scale of graduate students, Graduate education faces a serious moral issues and challenges, The social progress and era development made higher requirements on the moral of graduate students. In recent years, Strengthening and improving the moral education of graduate students has become the concerned research topic of ideological and political education theory circles in China. This article based on the moral importance of foreign countries and domestic postgraduate research, defines the concept of moral education of graduate students; discusses the purpose ,status and role of the moral education of graduate students; analyses the situation and challenges of higher school moral education; Proceed from, questionnaire survey of ideological and moral of Full-time graduate in Inner Mongolia Normal University, reported the investigation's general situation from the view of Basic information ,academic ethics, network ethics, professional ethics, and political attitudes of the graduate students; According to the survey results, analyzed the full-time graduate's moral problem; Graduate from the social environment and their objective characteristics analyses the reasons for problems; Proposed the Strategy of how to strengthen graduate students' moral education. For example, strengthening the Marxist theory education, strengthening the graduate's party building, strengthening graduate students' moral education ranks, strengthening the academic and moral education, using the Internet to enhance the effectiveness of graduate students and establishing a correct moral view of careers, education, vocational and moral point of view and so on.
