Long-term, education-oriented, education plans, teacher-centered. To create a high qualified teaching staff, which is an important measurement to practice the policy of relying on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, is the basic condition for the promotion of quality education and key factor deciding the success of elementary education reform. I look into a lot of related materials in teacher's post-education both domestic and abroad and combining the approach of paper survey and interview and make a through research into the present condition of the secondary and primary school teachers' post-education in Anyang. I expounded the developing trend of teachers' post-education inside the land and abroad, and knew the hot and difficult problems needing to be solved and the challenges. I analyzed the gap between the present management system, the mechanism and the prevailing regulations. I put forward some advice on how to deal with the system construction and the uses of resource conformity. It is useful for the education department and training organization to make the education policy and guide teachers' post-education of Anyang healthily.
