The Construction Of Teacher's Ethics Under The Guide Of The Core Value Of Socialism

Nowadays, competition among countries is the competition of comprehensive national strength. However, the level of a country's education is the key to national prosperity. Thus, under the guidance of the strategy of invigorating the country through science, technology and education, China's investment in education is increasing year by year, and has also made gratifying achievements. These achievements have provided strong support for the development of the country's economy, politic, and culture. Meanwhile, we can not ignore that the reform and market economy has brought about a tremendous impact on people's outlook on value and society. Under the influence of socio-cultural traditions and various views in a new era, there has been a considerable change in teachers'values, which involves positive as well as negative sides. Teacher's ethics is the important factor in the construction and reform of education. In order to make a new step and accomplish more outstanding achievements in education, we should be active toward the problems in the construction of teacher's ethics instead of escaping from them. We should take the initiative to identify problems, research and solve problems.Core value of socialism is the guide in the transformation of our society, which is also the guiding star of the construction of teachers'values. Only by the guidance of the core value of socialism can the construction of professional ethics of university teachers be more accomplished, so as to train more and better talent. Any solution to the problem and to explore it should not be divorced from objective reality and should not be divorced from national conditions. China is a socialist country, no matter the reconstruction of teachers'professional ethics or the improvement of the education; we should firmly adhere to the basic direction of China's socialist road, and conduct the construction of teacher's ethics under the guide of the core value of socialism.
