There are many conflicts in university students'tutoring, which have a considerable impact for university students. This study aimed at seeking the causes of the problem and proposes solution; reduce the conflicts and the negative impact of the conflicts. For school administrators and college work-study management, they must recognize that the impact of conflicts for university students when they as a tutor. The school manager must adopt appropriate management measures to improve the management efficiency and promote development of students.The conflicts of the university students tutoring mean a kind of interactive process, the process generated in the individual within university students and between university students and tutoring related people. There are 350 questionnaires for this study, at last 316 questionnaires returned and 305 questionnaires are available, the recovery rate of questionnaires was 90.3%, the ratio of the questionnaire available is 96.5%. Interviews with 19 students. Existing studies are concerned with school work-study department of construction and management of the tutor, but lack of studies for university students when they face conflicts, this paper mainly uses the literature analysis, questionnaires and interviews, H University and S University in Shanghai as samples, by random sampling, sampling includes freshman to senior university students, research the conflict of the university student tutoring. Survey included the level of conflict, the specific type of conflict, and other causes of conflict. The results show that:conflict in university students tutoring focused on internal and interpersonal, that is, within individual conflict and interpersonal conflict, individual conflicts be defined as role conflict, conceptual conflict, gains and losses of conflict, interpersonal conflict is divided into conflict with parents and conflict with students. Students deal with their own internal conflicts by many ways, after classification and feature extraction we found them in dealing with such conflicts mainly use the following ways:ignore-style approach, select approach, give up type approach and flexibility-based approach. Students deal with interpersonal conflict, the main strategy adopted was "cooperation", "evasive" and "compromise", "accommodation", and "competition." Avoidance and compromise are main ways when dealing with conflicts with parents, but compromise and cooperation are the most important method in dealing with conflicts with students. The reason for conflict, there are social environment and the students Personal reasons. Based upon the conclusion of the conflict on university students'tutor the countermeasures proposed:at first we must pay attention to spiritual guidance, preparation and care, guide them to do this thing, we should guide them make preparation for career, and give adequate care to them. Second, we can build a platform for growth of university students, including career development platform, reach social platform and try to separate the social platform. Third, we should to establish personal supervision system.
