The "teacher-as-research movement",on the initiative of Lawrance Stenhouse in the 1970s, then the concept of teacher as researcher was carried out the whole world. Teachers in our country also join into this movement, doing their own educational research. Though their achievements are remarkable, several problems are also obvious.Considering this situation,,in the first part of this article, the author choose every 5 years as the interval between 1979 and 2008,with contents analysis, find the number of effective sample is 137.Contents analysis is from two dimensions, one is the topics of teacher's educational research, the other one is the methods of teacher's educational research (including of date collection and of analysis material).Then giving the description of the attention of the topics what chemistry teachers take to in their own research, and the frequency of research methods using.In second part, by means of questionnaires, invest the current condition of educational researcher of chemistry teachers in middle school.Though this part, the author find two problems one is neglect the accumulation of information on educational research in ordinary day, the other one is lack of various in research methods using and discus performance of different types of teachers in educational research.Finally, do a brief description the significant difference by contrasted with the overseas teachers;try to make our work more scientific.
