To Build The New System Of High School Teachers To Continue Their Educational Content

The content and curriculum of continuing education are the important links in continuing education. The development of the knowledge economy, the establishment of the direction of reforming in education and the need of developing one's abilities require to rebuild the content and curriculum of continuing education of teacher. To reform teacher's content and curriculum of continuing education, it is very important to begin with the reform of the content and curriculum.The paper includes four parts.Part I. The paper deals with the preliminary research on the content and curriculum of continuing education of teacher in the senior middle schools. This dissertation makes a detailed analysis of some major problems in the continuing education of teacher. The important issues include the significance of rebuilding the content and curriculum of continuing education of teacher.Part II It also includes the present situation of the content and curriculum of continuing education of teacher in the senior middle schools and analyzes the characteristics and the present situation of the content and curriculum of continuing education in the developed countries.Part III It states the guiding ideology, the requirement of the aim, the basis, and the principle of the content and curriculum of continuing education in China according to the theory and practice of continuing education of teacher. It offers the implemental way and the construction of the content and curriculum of continuing education. It also states that the pattern of training the fresh teachers' continuing education and the guarantee in the two ways, the objects who are to be trained, the subjects which are to be learned.Part IV On the basis of rebuilding the new system of the continuing education of teacher in Senior Middle School. The thesis offers the methods of carrying out the content of the continuing education of teacher.
