Study About Design And Development Of Personal Development Planning Tool Based On E-Portfolio

Lifelong learning is a concept in the 21 century,it blazes the potential of human through perpetual support,and encourages people to acquire all the knowledge,values,skills and understanding,so that people can use it in anytime,anyway or anywhere.In the national environment,ShangHai first proposed to build lifelong learning network,in order to support the learning society.But everyone has different character,expertise,hobbies,and plays many different roles in the community,so they have different learning needs.In order to give more effectively support for the lifelong learning and self-oriented learning and help learners to set up concrete action steps, we propose to design and development a personal development planning tool. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(A)Summarize the development of personal development plan,including the main content, features and functions; and the actuality in the international,in order to bring some handhold to design this tool in the lifelong environment.(B)Through researching the present situation,we also deeply study the information modle of e-portfolio and correlative theories, we summarize the principle of design the personal development plan tool.(C)Based on the above theory, this paper intergrates needs analysis and establishs static model and dynamic model,then begins the system and detailed design.(D)Based on the above design, this paper detailedly describes the system modle,deta sources and key technologies,also including the various functional modules.
