As an important objective, research-oriented learning was arranged into Chinese new curriculum system of the elementary school. This complies with the trend of the world educational reform, But in course of practice, there exist many problems waiting to be resolved. In order to settle these problems, this research is carried out. By application of many scientific methods such as an investigation method interview method, questionnaire, document analysis, the author points out five problems in the research-oriented learning practice To find a way out ,four suggestions are given ,firstly, constructing a new training mode to improve the teachers professional quality. Secondly, renewing the present evaluational model. Thirdly, deepening the reform of management system. Fourthly, integrating research-oriented learning as a teaching method into the traditional classroom activities.
