The Contemporary College Students' Happiness Observes And The Education Study

Happiness observes, the general appraisal of one's living condition and the manifest of the living goal that one pursuits, is a very important part of values. College students are a group having got the high education and the new backbone of China's socialist modernization, the promoters of the social civilization development as well as the creators and carriers of mainstream values. Our society's deep reform earnestly requests the contemporary college students to establish the positive happiness observes, which will have great impact on their future life and the whole society's development.This research has collected and accumulated lots of practical materials about the college students' happiness observes by making the questionnaires and having the panel discussion with teachers and students. Based on looking up the content of happiness observes and open style questionnaires investigation, the questionnaires have been formed by the following:happiness objective orientation, happiness pursuing method, happiness observes appraisal, happiness expectation and happiness influencing factors. By the analysis of questionnaires and the panel discussion with teachers and students, we have known that the mainstream of college students'happiness observes is positive and also is in line with the trend of social development. And at the same time,the contemporary concept of the happiness observeso of the university students has shown a wide range of trends, some of which are irrational, mainly shown like that:the excessive pursuit of material comfort, the misunderstanding of the happiness method as well as the separation of the personal happiness and social happiness. The reason is mainly because the social environmental impact, the lack of school education of happiness observes, the misconcept of family education and of course some problems in the students themselves.To make the contemporary students to establish the proper happiness observes, the author analysize the happiness observes through the historical study and the contemporary interpretation. Through the theoretical study on the concept of happiness observes, we found that there are a variety of concepts both in ancient and modern history. In China, there were the Confucian happiness observes, the Taoist happiness observes and the Buddhist happiness observes in the history. In the western culture,the happiness observes are also various during the three historical stages including the era of ancient Greek and Roman concept, the era of medieval feudal society and the era of modern capitalism. In Marxist happiness observes, collectivism is the core and soul, requiring the unification of individual and social happiness. In our country's current situation, happiess observes consists of two aspects:individual and social happiness are consistent in physical and spiritual life.To realize the happiness observes, education in colleges should not start all over again, but seek outlets from the moral, intellectual and physical education. In moral education, we should help university students realize the unification of individual and social happiness through the embodiment of happiness observes on the moral goal, the practise of happiness observes on the moral way, the establishment of happiness observes on the moral content; In intellectual education, we should help university students obtain psychology happinessby strengthen crossing and infiltration of every discipline, enrich cultural life. In physical education, we should help university students obtain physiological happiness by improving students'physique, developing their power to ake university student's body and mind develop harmoniously In the course of education, we should strengthen individual happiness, guide the individual to realize social happiness.
