This article focuses on the conflict between mortality and happiness of teachers’profession,in order to well promote the life quality of teachers’ profession and deepenteachers’ professional ethics.Through the academic controversy on the relationship betweenmorality and happiness in the history, this article try to sort out the theoretical cause of theconflict between morality and happiness of teachers’profession, and practical causes which liein cognitive confusion in teacher on morality and happiness,lie in the out-of-balance of moralright and duty,lie in uncoordination of the change of teachers’inner ethic and moral spirit.For the conflict between morality and happiness on teachers’ profession,the article pointsout a conception of accordance between morality and happiness, makes a premiseintrospection and exploration and proposes the effective limits and principles on accordancebetween morality and happiness.In the aspects of teachers’ professional ethics andhappiness keynote, it should base on teachers common moral interests,regarding individualsprofessional happiness as final standards.In the practice of morality and happiness,teachershould have professional autonomy rights that could direct to the core of the conflict ofteachers’professional morality and happiness. The article proposed that setting up teachers’professional community, creating open code of ethics of teachers’ professional morality andtheir professional language,enhancing power and function of teachers.
