New Research On University Students' Ideological And Political Education In School-Enterprise Training Mode

The school-enterprise cooperation training is an educational mode with the school and the employer mutually beneficial and resources share. By way of joint efforts, all-around competent people are able to be produced. It will possibly be a new pattern full of vitalities not only in higher vocational education, but in regular higher education.When the school cooperates with the business, their different educational and humanistic atmosphere and different courses and training goals must be taken into account. Then, it becomes obvious that the traditional educational ideology and politics, as well as pedagogy, fall behind. A question naturally arises:how to give college students adequate training in ideology and politics so as to prepare them for the new environment?Based on the existing literature and the cases of school-enterprise cooperation training of SWPU, applying comprehensive literature study, systematic approach and case study, school-enterprise cooperation training school the history, mode, present status and prospects of development and problems of ideological and political education of undergraduates in the mode of school-enterprise cooperation training were expounded. And it compares the similarities and differences with the ideological and political education of undergraduates in the traditional mode, discusses a more comprehensive analysis and makes a conclusion of students'thoughts, psychological characteristics in universities and enterprises in different environments, and brings the ideological and political education with the spirit of corporate culture, business management, professional quality education and vocational skills development into close combination. It also proposes characteristics, ways, methods and security mechanisms of undergraduate ideological and political education in school-enterprise training mode. All these work for in-depth systematically owning an ideological and political education to help students adjust their mentality, encourage their fighting spirit, set up ambitious ideals, and establish their own goals and direction to promote themselves to success.
