Along with our country's speedy economic development, vigorously developing vocational education has come into an important strategy for the education reform and development. The ultimate target of vocational education is to cultivate technic-oriented talents for the social economy development and such cultivation must be close to it. For the vocational education in our country, which is undergoing socioeconomic transformation and exploration stage, running on the way of cooperation between school and enterprise, improving quality of education, solving the bottleneck of cultivating technic-oriented talents have become an important strategy. Therefore, the research and exploration of the mode—"Cooperation between school and enterprise", "Combination between school and enterprise", which must conform with the national conditions, local economic development and schools' actual conditions, have great significance on the development of vocational school and cultivation technic-oriented talents.In theory, the research of the two modes is under the hazy stage. On one hand, they are lack of systematic and professional research; on the other hand, its theory research falls behind the practice, which can't solve the problems in practice for lack of summary and induction. In practice, the two modes are expected to be perfected and deepened. On the whole, the two modes are on the learners' stage of the low level and primary stage of middle level. Therefore, the deepness of cooperation has a long distance to the advanced stage of the senior level.This paper, through definition classification and characteristic analysis and on the basis of drawing successful experience from the two main modes of inner and abroad vocational education as well as our own working practice, preliminarily designed the overall frame of the two modes for vocational education. Then it put forward a mode-choosing standard after the concrete practice of the two modes as follows: "on the base of mutual benefit and win-win, we should take multi-channel, multi-layer, and multi-mode cooperation modes in different development stages according to the actual conditions of our country, different district economy development circumstance, different school conditions and characteristics of different majors. Finally, this paper brings forward some opinions for the two modes of vocational education in order to promote the vocational schools' continuous development.
