The Research For The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of College-Enterprise Cooperation In China

Since 1980s, Chinese higher vocational education starts to focus on establishment and innovation of cooperation between school and enterprise from theory to practice, from central to local, and the cooperation between school and enterprise develops rapidly in higher vocational education. National Layout Plan of Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development (2010-2020) emphasizes again on school-running pattern of school-enterprise cooperation in development of higher vocational education. Focus on and encourage school -enterprise cooperation pattern in higher vocational education to become policy and main task of national higher vocational education development. School-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational institutions is a complicated systematic project involving with government, industry, enterprise, school and so on which is an activity to share resources based on mutual trust between higher vocational institutions and enterprise, thus realizing win-win situation with mutual profits.Under efforts of multiple parties including government, school, enterprise, industry and society and so on, school-enterprise cooperation has gained great achievements, such as diversion of school-enterprise cooperative modes, innovation in school-enterprise cooperative systems and so on, which is especially highlighted in national backbone higher vocational schools. However, due to all kinds of reasons, although the concept of school-enterprise cooperation has been focused by the government and school and so on, as a kind of cultivation channel, there is phenomenon of focus on form and neglecting connotation in practical operation. Make researches on problems arising in school-enterprise cooperation and analyze problems arising, thus propose solution favorable to excellent development of school-enterprise development, which are problems in need of solving for school-enterprise cooperation in Chinese higher vocational institutions, as well as key problems for sustainable and effective school-enterprise cooperation.Scholars and experts home and abroad make researches on aspects of school-enterprise cooperative pattern in higher vocational institutions and systems; however, it is found through comparison that some researches are unclear in definition, such as confusion of system and mechanism, limitation on superficial analysis as well as lack of measures to promote school-enterprise cooperative development with pertinence proposed. The innovation of the thesis lies in that based on investigation research; focus on proposing solution to promote school-enterprise cooperative development in higher vocational institutions in aspects of management mechanism and operation mechanism.The thesis regards school-enterprise cooperation as research contents with adaptation of research methods including literature research methods, comparative research methods, interview methods, induction method and case study and so on, and starts from significance of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, and explains current situation of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational institutions by taking examples of seven backbone higher vocational institutions in Shandong Province, as well as problems arising in aspects of government, enterprise, school, and systems and mechanisms in school-enterprise cooperation; the reasons for these problems include backward cooperative ideas, weak ideological consciousness, imperfect management system of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational institutions:first, transfer ideas; systemize framework and ideas in school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational education; secondly, establish perfect management system of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational institutions, including management institutions, systems of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational institutions; thirdly, improve school-enterprise cooperation mechanism construction, including improvement of school-emperies cooperative mechanism, perfection of school-enterprise cooperative mechanism, and establishment of communicative mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation.
