A Probe To The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Educaiton In Technological Schools In School-and-enterprise Cooperation Mode

The breakthrough point of the current technological education mode is“school-and-enterprise cooperation and learning-and-working combination”, which hasbrought forth significant reform to the ideas and modes of technological education. In theschool-and-enterprise cooperation mode, ideological and political education constitutes animportant part of moral education, which is closely related to the quality of personnel trainingand is acting as a guidance for school and students. Therefore, it has been an imperativenecessity for the ideological and political educators to make changes of the traditionalideological and political education mode and adjust to the changes and development tendencyof vocational education environment.The present study mainly employs two methods, namely interview and questionnaire andtakes Yantai Advanced Technological School as an illustration, designing the questionnairefrom five aspects of ideological and political qualities, ideals and beliefs, vocational ethics,law awareness and psychological health. Meanwhile, interviews are conducted, takingteachers, counselors and assistants as interviewees with reference to the environment of“school-and-enterprise cooperation” mode, the team foundation of counselors and assistants,student management, psychological health and ideological and political education etc. What’smore, the present paper makes an empirical analysis of the problems in the present ideologicaland political education, on the ground of which new challenges in the management have beenpointed out. Finally, the paper brings forth certain countermeasures for ideological andpolitical education on the basis of some borrowed domestic experiences.The study indicates that1) the major problem in students’ thought is that there is variedawareness of school-and-enterprise cooperation mode among students; there is not enoughmental preparation for this mode; there is certain gap between students’ qualities andenterprises’ requirement.2)the major problem in school management is that there is anincreasing difficulty for the ideological and political education and management; there is stilla want of reasonable connection between school education and enterprise management.3)themajor reason for the problems in ideological and political education is that the ideological andpolitical education philosophy fails to keep pace with the changes of school-and-enterprisecooperation; the content of ideological and political education fails to suit the education system; and the resources of ideological and political education fails to be integratedeffectively.A certain countermeasures are offered by the present study for the ideological and politicaleducation: first, update education philosophy and construct friendly atmosphere of througheducation; second, reinforce the foundation of the team of ideological and political educationand construct the friendly atmosphere of all-staff education; third, hold the line of“student-oriented” and construct the friendly atmosphere of comprehensive education; fourth,update the teaching content and upgrade the student’s vocational ability; fifth, increase thepractical teaching and improve the teaching practice of ideological and political education;sixth, make use of the enterprise culture to educate students; seventh, construct the campusvocational culture system and strengthen the two-way interaction between school andenterprise; eighth, value the education of traditional culture and strengthen the ideological andpolitical education; and ninth, make full use of the Internet and launch the ideological andpolitical education on the Internet.
