Research On Editing Innovation For Routine Performance Of Group Competitions For Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics

The innovation of Rhythmic Gymnastics editing is the propulsion of the development for the sport. It has fully revealed the Olympic spirit "Faster, Higher, and Stronger" in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and it has become the key factor of that the national Rhythmic Gymnastics team has achieved such progress in the grand event. In the marvelous performance in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, our national team had successfully scored a world-leading 1 point for originality in the group competition, and it couldn't be done without the innovation of editing. From 2003, rules of rhythmic gymnastics relating to originality have perfected, since then it had been creating more opportunities for pursuing a wider range of improvement and innovation. Therefore, it gives practical significance to the development and research on innovation of artistic gymnastics editing. By research, I now conduct the following conclusions:1. Innovation of the main elements and supporting aspects of Rhythmic Gymnastics editing, and originality are important parts for development of Rhythmic Gymnastics.2. There are obvious gaps comparing the eight best teams in China with the eight best worldwide in the area of innovation for editing of content and movements in performing. Nevertheless, the statistical indicators of the Chinese national team are at the same standard with the best four teams international.3. From 05 to 08, the Chinese national team had made such progress and gained great scores in originality in group competition events, but we hardly saw any of that in 09.4. Evaluation of the use of space includes the direction, path, level and way of using of apparatus. For the past two years, a new exchange format—fixed through, receive apparatus from teammate after movement, is widely used in international and domestic.5. In group competition, we observe that strong teams always have their own significant style features, e. g. the Chinese national team has Chinese characteristics. However, it happens to occur that most teams in our nation are still undergoing in performing with lack of style and characteristics. It is also hard to hear any new sound in theme music, the playing mode, musical instruments, the structure and rhythm of music.6. Innovations of Auxiliary factors include matching the style and color of uniform, using of uniform via music, matching the color of apparatus with environment, as well as new ideas of apparatus color matching. For these aspects we still have a lot work to do.7. The method of migration, combination, imagination and reverse are used to achieve the objective of innovation.8. The three stages of editing innovation for sets performance of group competitions are:preparation, implementation and examination.
