In this paper,the status quo of the athletes 'team,the current situation of the coaches,the current situation of the referee team and the results of the athletes' competition were started by using the literature,the questionnaire survey,the mathematical statistics and the logical analysis method from the status quo of the 2016 National Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships,The objective analysis of the 2016 National Youth Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship competition,accurate judging the young Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship competition,scientific theory to guide the practice,so that our young people's artistic gymnastics skills have been comprehensive development,while the level of athletic ability Get better promotion,and ultimately make our youth art gymnastics project to get better development.The following conclusions are drawn from the study: 1 young athletes to participate in rhythmic gymnastics training motives mainly to hobbies,most of the athletes in the future planning to choose the other direction of non-rhythmic gymnastics professional,very few people choose to continue to engage in rhythmic gymnastics professional.The proportion of rhythmic gymnastics coaches is more reasonable,the level of education is higher,most of them have professional sports background,but the acceptance of advanced theory and knowledge is low,and the training methods are lagging behind.3 Referee team's age structure is relatively reasonable,higher education level,most have a certain sports experience and work experience,but there is also a positive attitude of learning attitude is not enough.There are gaps in the development of the juvenile rhythmic gymnastics between China and the different projects.The competition of the rhythmic gymnastics competition is less and the provincial and municipal gymnastics competitions are less.
