As models of physical education with some features, such as simple, intuitive, stable and easy operation, etc. In the teaching of physical education, a reasonable use of teaching model can play a very good effect. In recent years, research on models of physical education has become a hot field in research of physical education, there have been many new models of physical education. However, because each model of teaching has some limitations. In practice of teaching, for lack of a special teaching model to improve college students'interest of sports learning and social adaptability (narrow), so the research proposed and developed "Guide-Experiential " teaching model."Guide-Experiential " teaching model is a kind of teaching paradigm. It means that teachers has been designed guided projects or activities, and let learners participate fully in activities and experience, access to direct knowledge, and then through the interaction of team member, discussion and sharing. enhance their understanding so as to further enhance the practical ability. Because it integrated into the modern concept of outdoor experiential learning, and it advocates active encouragement. So make it more lively and full of humane, it is more conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students, and to raise their interest in sports learning;At the same time, as the use of group learning and competitive organization, and teachers have been actively guided students to reflect and discuss in sports teaching. It is more conducive to improve the abilities of Analysis and problem-solving, more conducive to develop students'spirit of teamwork, and to improve students'social adaptability (narrow) at last.By means of document-studying, questionnaire, expert-interviewing and experimental method, etc. From the now research of physical education model at home and abroad, this paper makes an incisive and detailed research to the content, features and roles of "Guide-Experiential" teaching model, and developed a new model of physical education-"Guide-Experiential" teaching model, and then apply "Guide-Experiential" teaching model to college non-sports professionals volleyball elective. The teaching experimental results show that: Compared with the traditional teaching model, "Guide-Experiential" teaching model can complete the basic skills of teaching objectives, and on this basis, it is more conducive to enhance college students'interest of sports learing, spirit of teamwork, analysis and problem-solving ability, and then further improve students'social adaptability (narrow).In a word, "Guide-Experiential" teaching model is a new kind of teaching model, it is conducive to enhance college students'interest of sports learing and social adaptability (narrow). It is a fusion type of teaching model with interest-stimulating and quality-improving, which enriches the content of physical education model, It provides a useful reference and learning for "Guide-Experiential"teaching model which applied to other sports curriculum.
