With the rapid development of social economy,C hina,in the field of education and teaching in various disciplines continue to self improvement and perfection,the education level is increasing,and changes in the way of development and people;education concept and education concept also affected and changed the overall quality of students;and access to knowledge is increasing.Under such a new situation,many teachers in the teaching process gradually found that traditional education and teaching ideas have not been able to better adapt to the needs of students in the new era.Influenced by this situation,the tide of educational reform arises at the historic moment.The reform is not only limited to the use of new technology and equipment in the course of education and teaching,but also impacting the traditional teaching methods.Under the background of such a great environment,teachers and educators of all kinds of disciplines are constantly following the changes of the times,making new attempts and researches.Although the volleyball project is one of C hina's three big ball has a good mass base and concern,but the volleyball course in various colleges and univ ersities nationwide development and popularization situation is not very optimistic,some students just because the credit needs or because the school arranged will choose volleyball class.There are many reasons why this situation is complex,to analyze t he characteristics of the project from the volleyball sports: volleyball net games.Although the project has no direct contact with the body to fight,but not a technology base,and physical conditions for support is difficult to use;from the analysis on the development of curriculum arrangement: in addition to sports college volleyball students have longer courses,the rest of the students are in the form of elective courses in the curriculum,but less time;from the analysis of individual students: individual differences between students is Datong a teaching some students cannot grasp and some students feel very simple,some students are not interested in volleyball strong,some students learning enthusiasm in practice is not very high,some do not have strong power of learning and the sense of urgency,the above factors in it To a large extent,it affects the development of Volleyball in Colleges and universities.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a new form of teaching organization to change this situation,while improving students' interest in curriculum,it can achieve better teaching results in a limited time.Dynamic hierarchical teaching attaches great importance to the individual differences of students in the teaching process,adhere to the student,teacher led,targeted education and teaching,in the teaching process according to the changing situation timely adjustment,let the students get more appropriate guidance,to better achieve the "individualized".This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,and takes a semester as the experimental period to carry out the dynamic stratified teaching experiment of volleyball technology teaching.This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of dynamic stratified teaching on students' physical quality,volleyball skill mastery,and students' autonomous practice,self-confidence,cooperation consciousness,learning motivation and other factors.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)dynamic stratified teaching,respecting the personality characteristics of each teaching object.In the process of teaching experiment,we should encourage and help teaching methods to achieve the transformatio n from "I want to learn" to "I want to learn".(2)dynamic stratified teaching is guided according to the technical characteristics of students.To help students master volleyball technical action methods to a maximum,it can improve students' practice enthusiasm and enhance their self-confidence.(3)in the teaching process,we should always carry out the dynamic stratification.We should give corresponding theoretical guidance to different levels of teachers and students.Students can learn more effective ly according to their own technology and theory,so that we can better improve the quality of teaching.(4)dynamic hierarchical teaching requires teachers to control macroscopically.We should specify corresponding teaching plans and control the teaching process rationally and effectively.Only in this way can we improve the teaching efficiency and guarantee the quality of experiments.(5)the dynamic hierarchical teaching in the specific teaching process must be flexible,although in teaching has already been made before the start of the different learning objectives,arranged in different levels of learning mode,but in practical teaching should be promptly adjusted according to the specific situation to give the difference of instruction,to to ensure the teaching process more scientific and reasonable.
