Volleyball-is-a-common-campus-sports-activity.Because-of-the-characteristics-of competing-across-the-net,it can avoid the danger of collision with each other.The mo vement is simple and flexible,and it can develop coordination and teamwork spirit.Ho wever,volleyball game itself puts forward high requirements on participators' sports ability,which greatly reduces students' interest in learning.Volleyball originated from games,so the use of sports games in the teaching of volleyball technology is a kind of teaching method.In the process of volleyball teaching,various techniques are taught in the form of games,so that students can complete teaching tasks in a relaxed and pleasant teaching environment.It can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,but also cultivate their volitional quality of tact,courage,tenacity and thinking ability of calm and concentration.Meanwhile,it can improve students' teamwork spirit and team cohesion,and improve their basic physical quality and volleyball ability,which can let students master volleyball technology in a relaxed and happy atmosphere,so as to mobilize students' interest in learning,improve the quality of teaching and optimize the teaching effect.Starting from the direction of teaching reform of physical education and health course and the characteristics of volleyball course,we can use many research methods to discuss the feasibility and extensibility of volleyball game teaching,such as literature,teaching experiment and questionnaire survey.An effective teaching method here is to analyze and study the internal connection between volleyball game and volleyball teaching,the application and effect of volleyball game teaching in volleyball teaching,and put forward relevant suggestions to construct volleyball teaching with the normalization of volleyball technology and games.The experiment was conducted from March 2019 to June 2019,with 2 credit hours per week for 16 consecutive weeks.The experimental sites and subjects were four volleyball classes of public sports class 2018 in Hebei normal university.Theexperimental groups were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the same proportion of men and women.Before the experiment,according to the research content and purpose to student's physical quality,volleyball technical level,and <Exercise-Induced Feeling Inventory>,this paper compares and analyzes the results showed that the experimental group and control group no difference,make sure that the experiment of fair justice,space environment,the same group to adopt the traditional teaching concept and teaching method,the experimental group is the quantitative teaching in volleyball game and the teaching portfolio model.After a semester of teaching experiments,this study draws the following conclusions and Suggestions.Conclusion:(1)Compared with traditional teaching,volleyball game teaching is more conducive to improving students' agility.In the agile quality test "half 'meter'movement",the results of the experimental group showed a significant improvement,compared with the results before the experiment by 1 second,compared with the results of the control group by 0.96 seconds.(2)Volleyball game teaching is more conducive to improving students' volleyball skills than traditional teaching.In the test of mat technique and passing technique,the scores of the experimental group and the control group improved by 2.68 points and2.38 points respectively.It can be observed that the improvement of the two abilities of the experimental group is more than that of the control group.(3)Volleyball game teaching is more conducive to improving students' interest in learning,enhancing the emotional communication between teachers and students,optimizing teaching quality and teaching effect,highlighting the main role of students,and enhancing students' ability to find and solve problems.In the four scales of "vitality,physical and mental tranquility,physiological exhaustion and positive engagement",the scores of the experimental group were improved compared with the control group: "1.60,1.40,-1.35 and 2.70".It proves the feasibility of volleyball game teaching,which is more in line with the psychological development characteristics of current college students in terms of cultivating students' spirit of unity andcooperation,consciousness of competition and cooperation,and enhancing students' sense of social responsibility.Advice:(1)Strengthen the publicity and communication of teaching methods.Volleyball games improve both the teaching effect and the teaching quality in the teaching process.It takes a process for this new mode to be recognized by many educators,so we need to publicize and communicate the teaching methods.(2)Enhance the teaching ability of teachers.Teachers are required to have a high level of teaching,the ability of game creation and design,the rich teaching methods and ideas,and the control of the classroom in order to implement the teaching of volleyball games well.Therefore,we should attach importance to the cultivation of teachers' teaching ability and improve their teaching ability.(3)Teachers should strengthen the combination of theoretical knowledge learning and practical experience.In the process of teaching,teachers should not only pay attention to the study of textbooks,but should take textbooks as the theoretical basis and combine them with actual teaching in practice.Pay attention to the difference of students' learning level,teach students according to their aptitude,increase the guidance of students' learning interest,and strengthen the communication between teachers and students.
