Through the literature data, on-site survey, expert interview and data statistics, this thesis analyzes and studies the preparation plan, preparation arrangements, and preparation process features of 2006 Asian Games men's doubles gold medalists Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa. It aims to provide coaches and athletes from other countries with a valuable reference for the preparation of similar games.Through the analysis and study, the following conclusions can be made:1,Reasons for Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa to win 2006 Asian Games men's doubles gold medal are as follows:Firstly, the fair, open, institutionalized and normalized'selection system in Taiwan. Secondly, the scientific, systematic, and targeted preparation training which has clear tasks in stages.2,The preparation process of Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa can be divided into three stages. Three stages of training are arranged based on the goal of wining the gold medal in the Asian Games, which are proceed in an orderly way and well targeted. The volume of training decreases as the game approaches, and the training intensity increases as the game approaches, and it reaches the top in the game period.3,Compared to previous preparations for international games, the proportion of physical training of Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa for the 2006 Asian Games is increased,. which shows that they has laid the emphasis on the physical training. Their physical training is guided by the foreign coach. The coach arranges the overall training plan to enhance strength and aerobic capacity in accordance with results of their fitness tests, and the training of anaerobic capacity, namely the proportion of speed and agility training, is increased in the second stage.4,The focus of the physical training of Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa is the strength training. According to the different preparation stages, it can be divided into muscle augment period, basic muscle force period, muscle force explosion period, and muscle force retention period. Strength training contents at various stages are basically the same, and the changes are mainly reflected in the weight, number, group number and time interval.5,The first stage of Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa's technical and tactical training is mainly the technical training, and the second stage is mainly the tactical training. The exercise of stance method of double forward is the focus of their tactical training. The exercise deals with the service game and the return game in different ways, and emphasizes on the quality of balling serving and return of service, and the stance of double forward and rapid response training.6,Li Jiahong and Yang Shengfa's third stage is the off-site training, the main purposes of physical training are to maintain the body's flexibility and agility, and stick to the principle of not being injured, over-trained, and fatigued. The main tasks of the technical and tactical training are: to adapt to the situation of the game in advance through the on-the-spot environment, test the players'ability to perform tactics, and correct deficiencies.
