The study focus on Liang Chen,the female tennis player of Jiangsu Province,was taken as the research object of physical fitness training in the cycle of preparing for the 13 th National Games.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,observation,test,mathematical statistics,and so on,the physical training of the whole preparation cycle is analyzed and studied.On the basis of summarizing Liang Chen's success in the competition,this paper analyzes the physical fitness training plan and contents in the preparation cycle of the 13 th National Games,explores the reasons for Liang Chen's excellent results,and lays a theoretical foundation for the physical fitness training of female tennis players.In order to provide a reference for the physical fitness training of women's tennis events in China,and to improve the achievements of women's tennis teams should make due contributions.The results showed that Liang Chen's physical fitness in 2014 is weaker than that of the world's best female tennis players in terms of explosive force,speed and aerobic endurance,the cause of the gup is multifaceted.In the preparation cycle,the experts team chose to develop training plans for Liang's weak links to further boost explosive force,speed and aerobic endurance.The results showed that there were obvious improvement in explosive force,speed and aerobic endurance in the competition stage,which showed that the training process and monitoring results had a certain degree of reference.A systematic,phased and personalized training method in three stages is the key to winning a gold medal.The coach should continue to deepen the discussion of physical training,thoroughly study the strengths and weaknesses of individual athletes in the course of competition and training,and rely on individualization,and targeted physical training plans and programs to effectively improve athletes' competitive ability and training level.In the course of training,we should not only draw up the physical fitness training plan combined with the special physical fitness,but also transform the general physical fitness into the special physical fitness,take lead of special physical fitness and the supplement of general physical fitness to improve athletes' competitive ability better.Although Liang Chen is a separate case,her successful experience has high reference value and is worth popularizing.Training programs are not always consistent and must make targeted adjustment and properly arranged through advanced means.
