A Management Study On Non-Diploma Education Examination In The Context Of Lifelong Education

Examination of non-diploma education derives from the rapid development of science and technology, and is a new form of country education examination. It develops with the needs of socialist market economy since 1990s, aims at proving or promoting certain knowledge or ability for the examiner, and providing a relatively unified, objective and fair standard for the forming labor market, and also the recruitment and assessment of relevant departments and enterprises. The Ministry of Education now offers some non-degree education examinations such as NCRE, PETS, CYLET and so on. Examination of non-diploma education is an important part of our national education examination system, and a Non-diploma certificate examination with extensive sociality. In recent years, with the growing species of non-diploma examination and the rapid expand of candidates, in order to strengthen its management for the healthy development, how to ensure the social reputation and the authority of non-diploma education examination becomes a very important issue. Obviously, non-diploma education examinations are the products of the era and the social development. Our first goal is to improve or prove the practical ability of the educated for their comprehensive development but the academic diplomas. According to the new situation changes, we should vigorously develop non-diploma education examination. Based on the above analysis, this paper research from the analysis the characteristic and the intension of the non-curricula education examination, then explore the existing management problems and its causes, at last I puts forward my own opinions and views.
