| On the one hand,the implementation of the high school entrance examination policy for sports has improved the enthusiasm and initiative of students to participate in sports,it has also enhanced the physical quality of students themselves.However,from a micro point of view,the school pays more attention to the level of students’ cultural courses and the problem of further education.Physical education has not received the attention it deserves,and it has not fundamentally solved the problem of students as a whole.The level of physical fitness continues to decline.Nowadays,it is an era of rapid information dissemination,rapid development of the Internet,and diversified travel modes.Affected by these living conditions,the physical and health problems of young people in my country are also becoming more and more serious.However,with the continuous enhancement of national awareness and the continuous increase of physical education scores in the senior high school entrance examination,schools,parents and even students themselves are paying more and more attention to their own physical health level,and to a large extent,schools and parents have changed their views on physical education.Therefore,in order to enhance the physical fitness of junior high school students,this article studies the rapid expansion and contraction compound training,and applies the theoretical basis to the actual physical education classroom to achieve better training effect.Physical fitness provides reference value.Through five research methods,this paper analyzes the 50-meter running,standing long jump,basketball dribbling,one-minute rope skipping and 1000-meter running of 50 students in two classes of the third grade of Luyang Middle School in Hefei City,Anhui Province.The test items are experimentally analyzed,and the corresponding training plan is arranged according to the students’ existing physical level.The students are divided into two groups on average for 12 weeks of experimental training.The effect of fast-stretching compound training on the performance of the high school entrance examination sports test items,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 12 weeks,the test scores of the two groups of students have improved.Compared with the control group,the experimental group has a better improvement in the 50 M test scores,indicating that the fast-stretching compound training is better.(2)After 12 weeks,both the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group improved in standing long jump and basketball dribble,but the improvement effect of the experimental group was better,which indicated that the fast-stretching compound training was effective for The improvement in the scores of the two test items was even more significant.(3)Targeted use of rapid-stretching compound training in the test item can effectively improve the test performance of the item;and in the one-minute rope skipping and 1000 meters,the performance of both groups improved,but the effect of improvement between the two groups was not equal.No difference.(4)The fast-stretching compound training can positively transfer the physical quality of junior high school students to a certain extent,thereby improving the overall high school entrance examination results,and this training can well arouse the students interest in sports and mobilize the students’ class Enthusiasm,enhance the classroom atmosphere,and make the training effect more significant. |
