Physical education college entrance examination professional quality test is not only one of the important means for the country and society to select sports talents,but also a key component of the college entrance examination.Physical education college entrance examination students need to train and study in a limited time.In order to better improve professional performance,they need to constantly explore in practice.As a training method of developing fast strength and explosive force,the plyometric training can strengthen the fast strength of muscles,so as to improve the transmission of muscle power,strengthen the special quality of athletes,and finally improve the athletic performance.In this study,through the experimental study of the influence of the rapid expansion and plyometric training on the performance of the test items of the college entrance students of physical education,we hope to provide a new training method and a new training concept for the coaches for the training of the test items of the college entrance students of physical education in Hubei Province.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics to analyze the two-level leaping,100 meter,five meter three-way back running,in-situ shot putting and 800 meter five test items of 42 players in the senior middle school of Xianning City,Hubei Province Through the comparison of the results of the experimental group and the control group and the results of the two groups before and after the experiment,to test the impact of the rapid stretching training on the five test items.Through the 12 week experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 12 weeks of experiment,the results of the experimental group and the control group are improved.After the experiment,the experimental group is better than the control group,and there is a significant difference between the two groups,which shows that the rapid expansion and plyometric training has a significant effect on improving the second level leapfrog performance of the team members.(2)After 12 weeks of training,the 100 m performance of the experimental group and the control group has been improved,and the experimental group is better than the control group,which shows that the plyometric training can better improve the 100 m performance of the players.(3)After 12 weeks of experiment,the results of the experimental group and the control group are improved in the aspect of five meter three-way back run.After the experiment,the experimental group is better than the control group,and there is a significant differencebetween the two groups,which shows that the plyometric training can better improve the performance of five meter three-way back run.(4)In the daily training of college entrance examination students in physical education,fast stretching and compound training can better improve the results of college entrance examination;in the 800 meter and in-situ shot put two projects,the experimental group and the control group have improved,but there is no significant difference.
