The Development Status Of Disabled Sports Investigation And Analysis Of Hunan Province

Disabled Sports is a measure of a country and regional sports development and the degree of social civilization one of the signs. This paper documents, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics and so on, to Hunan Province to participate in the international and domestic competition results, the competent leadership of disabled sports, coaches, athletes in this study. The relevant leaders, coaches, athletes conducted a questionnaire survey on the historical development of disabled sports in Hunan Province to sort out, from Hunan Province, the organizational structure of Sports for the Disabled, management, financing, competition structure, facilities, coaches, athletes, scientific, social and environmental dimensions of analysis, the main objective of containment for Handicapped Sports rapid decline, as the principle of competitive sports for Handicapped Persons, policy development and rapid development of reference.The results show that: Hunan Province in the past has made some achievements, but in recent years, a sharp decline in performance situation. Hunan Province, there is currently disabled sports administration set is not perfect, Management randomness, lack of appropriate management systems, management of small, less prepared, serious shortage of investment funds, reserve personnel training out of touch, lack of space equipment, coaches, classification less professional and technical personnel, athletes with disabilities have little access to the lack of protection of life and rehabilitation, research and theory behind the propaganda is not enough physical disabilities, disabled sports community paid more attention to low disadvantage.In this regard, we propose that:(1) improve the function of sports associations in Hunan Province, established the Disabled Sports Management Center; (2) to increase the input of disabled sports in efforts to expand funding sources; (3) strengthening reserve personnel training, strengthening scientific training; (4) establish coaches, athletes management, incentive mechanism, improve the security system; (5) and the Joint Sports College to train a large number of caring for disabled sports people; (6) Strengthening Disabled Sports research attention, the establishment of research funds; (7) to strengthen the work of Disabled Sports, enhance publicity efforts.
