Reinforcement has the function of raising the recurrence frequency of certain behaviors, shaping good behaviors, and cultivating good habits, etc. Especially, it has a significant impact on cultivating pupils'good habits in acting and thinking. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible for teachers in elementary school to use reinforcement appropriately to shape good behaviors and cultivate good habits for pupils.Reinforcement in classroom, which is an important technology in teaching, is a process of raising the possibility of recurrence. If it is used properly, teachers'work efficiency will be improved.The paper tries to summarize the research achievements related to classroom reinforcement both in China and abroad by literature reviews. Based on the teaching practice in boarding division of Wuchang Experimental Primary School, Primary School Attached to Central China Normal University and Guangbutun Primary School, the author also observes the class organization in the instruction front-line, explores the status quo and existing problems of primary schools'classroom behavior reinforcement, analyzes the effective classroom behaviors reinforcement and explains the principles of effective classroom behaviors reinforcement by taking a science course as an example, thus provides theoretical support and practice foundation for primary school teachers to exercise the classroom reinforcement.
