Situation teaching involves in the teaching process. In order to achieve the established purpose of teaching, teachers introduce or create lively or specific scenes with a certain emotional color and vivid image. It can attract students to experience a certain attitude and stimulate their active thinking. It can also help students get a better understanding of the teaching contents, and promote comprehensive and harmonious development of their mental function. Thus, it is one of the best teaching methods that can achieve the best teaching results.Situation teaching is helpful to achieve new curriculum objectives of high school physics and effective implementation of the new curriculum from the three aspects: knowledge and skills, process and methods, attitudes and values.In this paper, under the direction of the theory of situation teaching, firstly, I have carried out research on it in three high schools of Wuzhong District, Suzhou City. Secondly, I have analyzed the contents of the chapter"magnetic field", collected and created some situation materials from the chapter. Then, according to my teaching experience for years, I have put forward the teaching strategy of this chapter. Finally, I have made some experiments about the situation teaching of the chapter"magnetic field"and proved it is feasible and effective .
