The Research Of Psychology Capital In College Teachers

More and more psychologists research psychology capital from 1990'.They have got much theory fruits and demonstration fruits. Psychology capital is a positive psychology mentation which helps to get the higher work performance and can be skilled."Psychology capital"helps the development of organization compitition. Recently, it has become the focus of studies of work and health psychology.The purposes of this dissertation were to investigate the contents of psychology capital as well as to study the consequences of psychology capital in china. For these purposes, some standard research method, such as literature review, interview and survey were used in this research. In addition, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were also applied for date analyisis. The main conclusions are as the following:Firstly, the content of psychology capital consisted of two factors, which included human kindness dimensionality and work dimensionality. The reliability and validity of psychology capital content questionaire are highly enough.Secondly, the research discussed about the demographical variable's effects on psychology capital. The demographical variable included educational level, service year and the title of a technical post. We find that the demographical variable except service year had some significant effects on some dimensions of psychology capital.Thirdly, the research discussed the relationship between psychology capital and its consequence. It was discovered that"human kindness dimensionality"was positive correlated with the title of a technical post and compensation;"work dimensionality"was positive correlated with the title of a technical post.Fourthly, the research discussed the mediate effects of the title of a technical post by hierarchical regression analysis. We found that the title of a technical post was only the partially mediate variable in the relationship between"psychology capital"and compensation.Current limitations and future research oriention are also discussed at the end of the dissertation.
