With the globalization of the economy and the market, competition between businesses has been increasing. The factors of many enterprises' magic weapons are high-technology, product monopoly and breakthroughs. R&D team played a key role in the development of enterprises. R&D organization's performance has become a key factor in deciding success or failure. By examine the previous research, we found that there was little research of the R&D team members personal factors on team performance impact. This study attempted to integrate the theory of team effectiveness, to study the mechanisms of the R&D member's innovative personalitis and interpersonal skills to the impact on team performance. Study aimed to establish the relationship model between these three factors, but also to try a new method of measuring interpersonal relationships(interpersonal centrality). First, this study used literature review and conclusions, to confirm a model and an empirical research framework then proposed hypotheses. Second, compared the relevant scale reliability and validity and selected the ideal scale and the survey regions and enterprises. The final samples were the collection. After that writed research papers. This study investigated a total of 21 teams,326 questionnaires,257 copies, of which 222 valid questionnaires. Obtained the following conclusions and Innovation:1. Currently the R&D team of the studies focus on organizational forms, such as R&D investment. While for R&D personnel and its individual characteristics in interpersonal communication within the team, the study is relatively small. The study used innovative personality theory and social network theory to study. This study enriched relationships with the R & D interpersonal and team effectiveness.2. Measure of interpersonal relationships has been a problem, interpersonal interactions including information, emotional, physical and other factors. The study had tried the network center of social network theory methods to measure the good and bad relationships. This study done in this area. It fond that high interpersonal centre members have high relationship performance evaluation. Therefore, the use of social network theory to measure the relationship is more appropriate.3. Joint venture companies have higher R&D team performance than other three types of enterprises. The joint ventures have a more favorable intangible assets and joint venture. They fund and bring advanced management and technology to local businesses. Joint venture R&D team have more obvious heterogeneities, such as cultural differences, concepts differences, team leader differences. Group members' familiarity and friendship will hinder the realization of goals, as group members work will focus on the interaction between members of staff relations and training. The joint venture R&D have higher creativity, innovation and higher performance.4. Innovation R&D personality has positive influence on team effectiveness. Personal professional knowledge and ability, capacity development, innovation and the internal demand for change and psychological quality of R&D team members require a high ability to break through existing technologies, challenge the existing norms of confidence, commit the transformation of backward productive forces, the improvement of products with high technological content of the primary aspirations of these capabilities. Confidence, determination, desire is a primary R&D personnel originality of expression.5. R&D staff interpersonal centrality has positive effects on team performance. R&D team members'interpersonal harmony, collaboration to communication providing information,advice,opinion for others,or playing an intermediary medium in team communication process, have greater impact in the course of their enthusiasm. Thus R&D staff interpersonal centrality has a positive impact on the effectiveness of the entire team.6. R&D staff interpersonal centrality play a mediating role between the innovation personality and team performance. The personal characteristics and the team performance have not direct relationship. When the personal qualities in team development and operation occurred or participated in team work, innovation R&D personality will have an impact on team effectiveness. This study validated the hypothesis and enriched the related fields of research. This study and discussion provides a theoretical guidance for the practical and factual basis.
