Entrance adaptation problems are so common for Primaty School students, and the long-standing problems affect directly the quality of education. How to make scientific diagnose and evaluation on adaptation problems, and then to give a scientific and effective guidance, anyhow, to improve students'adaptation abilities by increasing the adaptation level on primary school entrance, may be important issues for the adaptation education, and which need to solve urgently .On the basis of the analysis of individual interviews with 7 teachers, 9 parents and 11 students, and other literature analysis, one questionnaire about primary students adaptation is firstly established. Then, the charecteristics of entrance adaptation of primary students are investigated by a sample of 109 first- year primary students, and the entrance adaptation problems of primary school students are analysed, Finally, then giving a intervention experiment for 58 students, lastly, discussing the effectiveness and practicability for increasing the adaptation level and promoting their adaptation development.The research obtained the following results:1. Primary students entrance adaptation consisted of collective life, interpersonal relation, feeling and emotion, and learning system.2. The questionnaire of primary students adaptation with a good index in surveying science.3. The overall situation of primary students entrance adaptation is on a middle level, The collective life and learning system adapted well,which are on the upper level. but the interpersonal relation and feeling and emotion are not so good, but on lower level.4. for The primary students entrance adaptation, There was significant sex difference in the use of collective life, interpersonal relation and feeling and emotion these three dimensionality.5. The interpersonal relation and the feeling and emotion are negative for Entrance adaptation of the students in junior Primary students.6. There was a significant difference in primary students entrance adaptation both control class and experimental class after the intervention .
